They accept drawings in DWG, STEP, IGES, or PDF, which is standard enough. Lead times we usually have stock on raw material, but confirm if you need a rush — the 10-25 day production window can shift with order size (usually 50 units or so). Optional plating or polishing is availble, but I didn't push for that unless you need it.
One thing they didn't mention outright is that the carburizing depth isn't fixed — it's typically 0.5mm to 1.5mm, but you'll want to specify if that's critical for your application. Also, the surface roughness range from Ra0.2 to Ra3.2 gives you flexibility, but most buyers go with the tighter end for moving parts.
