We've been supplying these autoinjectors for a while now, and let me tell you, the 2.25ml single dose unit is what most buyers actually go with for their GLP-1 and insulin projects—it basically fits all mainstream prefilled syringes without any hassle, and the press cap is pretty straightforward to use.

It's a white plastic disposable unit, 22 by 22 by 159.2 millimeters, and we can slap a printed label on it if you need, or our company can leave it plain — either way works, but customiztion for labeling usually adds about 4-6 days to teh lead time depending on the design you send over.

You'll want to know that the MOQ is 500 pieces, and for standard stock SKUs we're looking at 7-10 days to ship; custom batches go 18-22 days typically, and if you order over 2000 units we can arrange bulk shippng to your port at no extra freight charges, which is a decent savings for larger runs.

Every batch ships with a COA, dimensoin test report, and CE certs — we run a 100% activation and leakage test before anything leaves, so you're not going to get duds, but I'd say it's not ideal for anything requiring a reusable system since it's strictly single-dose.

One thing buyers don't always think to ask is that the press cap is actually a specific torque, (roughly 0.8 Nm or so) so if you're doing automated filling you might need to check your capping head settings against our spec sheet.

Anyway, the 5L drum option is actually easier to handle for packing, but for this unit we only ship in standerd export cartons — no special fees for bulk orders, just confirm your lead time when you're ready because we usually have stock but it moves fast.
