When your custmer's downstream equipement starts pulling more than the rated load on a 24/7 packging line, what they need is a breaker that trips cleanly under sustained overload without nuisance shutdowns from motor inrush—that's where the B/C/D curve selection on this unit matters, and we can supply it in 1P, 2P, 3P, or 4P depending on their panel layout.
We've got stock on the 6A through 63A range, and the breaking capacity is either 4kA or 6kA depending on the variant—usually the 6kA is what most industiral buyers go with for branch circuits. The trip time is ≤0.1s at 5In, which is tight enough for most protection schemes, and the RCBO version adds 30mA, 100mA, or 300mA residual current protection if they need it.
It's CE, CB, CCC, and ISO9001 certified, so you're covered for most international compliance, and housing is flame-retardant PA66—basically standard for this class, but it holds up fine in the -5°C to +40°C operating range. The storage temp goes down to -25°C, which is handy if the panel sits in an unheated warehouse for a few weeks.
One thing we see often: buyers spec the 6A or 10A for lighting circuits but then realize the 32A or 40A is better for motor feeders with D-curve tripping—so check the load type before ordering. Mechanical life is rated at 10,000 operations, give or take, which is decent for industrial panels that don't see daily switching.
The terminal connection is screw type, so it's not the fastest to wire up compared to push-in terminals, but it's reliable under vibration—we've had fewer field failures with screw terminals in high-vibration environments. Weight runs about 0.15kg per pole, so a 4P unit is roughly 0.6kg, and they mount on standard DIN rail.
Also, the IP20 protection means it's fine inside an enclosure but not for direct outdoor exposure—if they're putting it in a washdown area, they'll need a separate IP65 box around it. For the SG65LE-63, our MOQ is 100 pieces per model. If you need a mixed batch of different amperages or pole configurations, we can usually work that out as long as the total hits 100.

We offer B, C, and D tripping curves for the SG65LE-63. Just let us know which one you need when ordering. Type C is the most common for industrial use, but we can do B for lighting or D for motor loads.
Each unit comes individually boxed, then packed in cartons. For storage, keep it in a dry place with temperatures between -25°C and +70°C, and relative humidity at or below 95% at 40°C. Avoid direct sunlight and damp areas.
