The breaker has passed IEC-authorized IP66 waterproof testing, ensuring reliable operation in various weather conditions. Our quality control includes regular simulation tests that replicate actual usage environments to guarantee consistent IP66 protection grade performance.
During peak temperature conditions (approximately 2pm), our tests show the working DC isolating switch maintains a maximum contact temperature of just 28.8°C, well below the standard 35°C threshold, demonstrating exceptional thermal performance.
The photovoltaic DC circuit breaker features a wall-mounted design that allows for flexible installation without needing to open the cover during mounting. Its rational operational design prevents reverse or incorrect rotation, while the earth terminal provides additional safety.
With certifications including CE, CB, TUV, IEC, and SAA, this breaker meets international standards IEC60947-3 and AS/NZS60947.3:2015. It's suitable for various solar connector types including M20 and M25 connections.
