It's the DAM1-250 frame size, so you're looking at 63 to 250 amps in either 3-pole or 4-pole configuration—pretty much covers most distribution panels for commercial or light indutrial work.

Breaking capacity runs 35kA, 65kA, or 85kA depending on what you need for fault levels, and with 750V insulation rating plus 8000V impulse withstand, it's built for 400/415V systems. The thermal-magnetic trip is standard—bimetal for overloads, magnetic coil for short circuits—and most buyers just go with the 65kA version unless they've got high fault current sites. Arc chamber does its job well enough that we rarely see failures on properly sized installs, though electrcial life is only 1000 cycles, so it's not something you'd want cycling daily on a welding line or something.

Dimensions on the 3P are 170×105×103.5mm, about 2.7kg, so it's manageable to handle but not tiny. Mechanical life is 7000 cycles give or take, which is fine for a fixed-type breaker that mostly sits closed.
One thing—the temperature range is -5°C to +40°C ambient, so it's not suited for unheated outdoor cabinets in freezing climates unless you derate it or add cabinet heaters. We usually have stock on teh 63A and 125A frames, but the 250A can take 20 days or so (check lead time), especially if you need 4-pole with 85kA.

Screw terminals on both line and load sides, so you'll need proper torque tools for insallation, and it come packed individually in boxes of 2 or 4 depending on order. COA with every batch—HPLC isn't needed here but the standdard test data covers insulation resistance and trip curve verification. For delivery, bare minimum is about 50 units or so for us to ship same week.
Our MOQ for the DAM1-250 is 10 units for standard ratings, though we can discuss lower quantities for sample orders or first-time buyers.
Standard lead time is around 15-20 working days after order confirmation, depending on current production load and rating availability.
Yes, we provide test reports and certificates for both EN 60947-1 and EN 60947-2 standards upon request. They are included with each shipment.
The 85kA breaking capacity is available for higher ratings typically above 100A. Lower ratings like 63A or 80A usually come with 35kA or 65kA, but we can check feasibility for your specific need.
Store them in a dry, indoor area between -25°C and +70°C, with humidity below 95% at 40°C. Keep them in original packaging to avoid dust and moisture buildup on the terminals.
