For procurement, teh key thing to know is that the MOQ is flexible, usually around 500 units or so, and we can do mixed SKUs within that quantity—we've shipped to small hardware chains and larger distributors alike, and the OEM branding means you get your own packaging without the premium price tag.
Documentation is straightforward: every batch comes with a COA and our company can provide RoHS, CE, and GS certificates upfront, though I'd recommend checking the lead time for the GS mark if you need it stamped on the packging, as that sometimes adds a week or two (usually 2-4 weeks total from order confirmation).
Payment terms are typically T/T with a 30% deposit and balance before shipment, but we've done L/C at sight for established accounts—just don't expect net 30 on a first order, and shipping is FOB from Shanghai or Shenzhen, with the freight cost varying roughly 15% depending on whether you choose sea or air.
One thing that might not be obvious is that the handle materail customization isn't just color—you can spec a different rubber compound or grip texture, and we've had buyers request a softer durometer for reduced vibration, which is actually easier to handle than the standard option for long drilling sessions.
The ANSI and DIN standard are met on steel components, but the overall assembly tolerance is tighter than some off-the-shelf brands we've tested—just keep in mind the folded dimension is customized, so if you need a specific length for storage, that's a conversation we should have before the mold is cut.
