Most folks don't realize the hand-assembly on these 1/64 models takes about 45 minutes per unit for the details that actually matter — it's not a quick press-and-pop process, which is why we usually see a 4-8 week lead time on orders of 500 or so.

They're about 2.5 to 3.5 inches long depending on casting, and we use a mix of diecast metal for the body with ABS plastic for the interior bits and resin for the fine trim work; you'll get a premium painted finish that holds up better than most off-the-shelf stuff (usually two coats of clear over the base color).

What it does is give you authentic wheels that roll and a detailed interior that's visible through the windows, but it's actually not suited for rough handling — the side mirrors and wipers are resin and will snap off if someone plays with them too aggressively, so keep that in mind for display cases.

Anyway, the 5L drum is easier to handle for the paint mixing, but that's a different product line — for these, the packging is either a display box or a collector's case, both of which we customize with your logo if you want, and we include a COA with each batch for quailty assurance.

So basically, if you're looking at 500 units or more and you can wait 4-8 weeks, we've got teh tooling to handle it, but I'd check the SDS on the paint if you're shipping internationally — some countries have restrictions on the clear coat solvents we use.
