We normally ship in full carton increments of 4 units per carton. For smaller test orders, we can accommodate 1-2 cartons if you cover the extra shipping.
The lotus wood parts are solid — we use it for the thicker curved runners and handles. The basswood plywood is used for the body panels to keep weight manageable.
Each unit comes in its own color retail box with foam padding and a polybag. The legs and rockers are separated but tool-free assembly takes about 2 minutes.
Production takes 20-25 days after deposit. Sea freight from China to a US west coast port adds about 18-22 days, depending on the shipping line.
