It's a flannel exterior with a latex interior—basically the flannel breathes okay and the latex gives that firm but flexible core, and whole thing runs about 50 units for the MOQ, which is pretty standard for custom runs.
The three-channel hand pump works with a three-layer detachable airbag, so you can inflate each section seperately (usually takes 15-30 minutes per session, 1-2 times daily) and the detachable bit makes cleaning way easier than a sealed unit.
You'll get ISO 9001 cert with it, and we do logo and color customiztion—black, blue, red, rose, grey are teh base options—but the lead time is 7 days for standard orders, so it's faster than most.
One thing: it's not great for acute injuries where you need rigid immobilization, this is more for chronic stiffness or post-work relief, and the one-size-fits-most means some people with really thick necks might find it snug.
Anyway, the warranty is 1 year, and we usually have stock but confirm lead time if you're ordering over 200 units or so—the three-channel pump is actually easier to handle than the two-channel versions we've seen elsewhere.
