It's not rolled annealed copper, so if you're used to that ultra-soft feel for certain lab-scale builds, this electrodeposited foil will feel stiffer and have a slightly different surface texture—but for production-scale lithium-ion anode current collectors, that's actually what you want for consistent winding and coating adhesion.

We're running 99.9% copper minimum, and the tensile strength holds at 245 N/mm² across teh 6-20μm range, which is tighter than most standard ED foils you'll find from general suppliers—most buyers go with the 12μm or 15μm for the balance of conductivity and handling, but we've had orders for 6μm that required extra care during slitting.

Surface finish options are double-shiny, double-matte, or one-side shiny, and the matte side gives noticeably better adhesion for anode slurries—if you're coating NMP-based formulations, you'll want to confirm which side your coater targets, because the shiny side can sometimes cause delamination under high-rate cycling.

Unit area quailty runs 85-90 g/m² depending on thickness, and we can customize width to your spec—MOQ is usually a few hundred kilograms for custom widths, but we often have stock widths in 300mm and 500mm ready to ship within 20 days or so (check lead time for non-standerd).

One thing we don't push this for is high-temperature annealing application or flexible printed circuits where fatigue life matters more than purity—the electrodeposited grain structure just isn't optimized for that, and you'd be better off with a wrought foil for those jobs.

CE compliance is standard, and our company provide COAs with every batch showing copper content and tensile data—HPLC or SEM reports are available on request, but that adds a few days to delivery.
MOQ depends on the thickness and width you need, but we typically start around 500kg for standard specs. Yes, thickness is customizable within the 6-20μm range, so 12μm is no problem — just let us know your exact requirement.
Yes, all our battery-grade copper foil is CE compliant, and we include the certification documents with every order.
Absolutely — double-matte surface is one of our standard options, and it's commonly used to improve coating adhesion on the anode current collector.
Lead time is usually 2-3 weeks after order confirmation, depending on the width and quantity. Custom widths are cut from our master rolls, so we can handle most sizes without delay.
We vacuum-seal the rolls in anti-oxidation packaging with moisture barrier bags, and then pack them in sturdy cartons. Stored in a dry, cool environment, it stays fresh for at least 6 months.
