The sheath is PVC too, which keeps the whole thing under 0.65kg so it's easy to carry around all day, and we've had people tell us the luminous effect looks good under event lighting, but honestly it's not meant for any kind of contact — it's a prop, not a sparring tool, so don't expect it to survive a hard swing into a table.
