We've been shipping these out for a while now, and most buyers go with the 12V version for that extra bit of power on grass or slight inclines. It's basically a 115x56x40cm frame, which is pretty standerd for the 3-6 year old range, and the over 6kg weight gives it a solid feel—doesn't tip easily when they're turning hard. The built-in safety belt is actually a nice touch, not just a strap you'll ignore.
Lead time is about 30 days give or take, and we usually have stock on the basic colors, but if you want custom printing or a specific logo, that adds a week or so. The MOQ is 50pcs, which is pretty manageable for most distributors, and our company can do OEM/ODM on teh body panels or even the seat design if you need it. Sample policy is availble with conditions—basically you pay for the unit and shippng, but we refund the cost on your first bulk order.
50 units or so is the sweet spot for a first order, and we pack each one individually in a carton—1PC/Carton—so they don't get banged up in transit. The plastic frame is durable enough for daily use on pavement, but it's not built for off-road drops or anything crazy; those metal-frame models are better suited for rough terrain. We've had a few customers ask about the 24V option, but honestly, for toddlers it's overkill and can make the steering jerky.
CE and ISO certifications are standard, and we include the COA with the shipment—HPLC purity isn't relevant here, but the impact testing results are. The weight distribution is actually better than some of the cheaper imports we've seen, which tend to tip when a kid leans out. One thing buyers don't always think about is the battery life: roughly 45 minutes of continuous use, so you'll want to mention that to parents.
Anyway, color options are fully customizable—just send a Pantone code or a reference photo, and we'll match it within a reasonable tolerance. logo printing is done via pad printing on the hood or sides, and we can do up to two colors per logo without extra tooling costs. For the first order, it's usually 30 days production, but reorders are faster since we keep the tooling ready.
