We've been supplying these to medical device assemblers for years, and what it does is provide a steady 3V draw that doesn't sag under load like cheaper coin cells—most of our repeat clients go with the 210mAh CR2032 for that extra runtime you'd want in a digital thermometer or fitness tracker.
The CR2032 gives you 210mAh, the CR2025 drops to 150mAh, and the CR2016 is about 80mAh, all within a ±0.3mm diameter tolerance and a height tolerance of ±0.2mm; they also sit comfortably between -20°C to +60°C, though they'll store just fine down to -30°C if your warhouse gets cold.
These are not suited for high-drain application like RFID tags that pulse hard—basically, you'd want a different chemistry for that, but for anything requiring a slow, consistent discharge over years, like a watch or a glucose monitor, the low self-discharge rate makes them a solid choice.
The 10-year shelf life (usually at 20°C) buyers appreciate, especially for OEMs who hold stock, and our company have samples ready in 3-7 days; for custom packaging, say a blister card with your logo, the MOQ is 100,000pcs per SKU with a lead time of 25-45 days or so, depending on how busy the line is.
IEC and CE certifcation come standdard, plus we've got ISO9001 for the factory, so customs shouldn't be an issue—also, if you need a COA or an SDS for your compliance department, we include those with every shipment.
Our MOQ for any OEM packaging customization is 100,000 pieces per model. If you need less than that, we can only offer standard packaging — 100 per box, 5,000 per carton.
All our CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016 batteries carry IEC, CE, ROHS, SGS, and ISO9001 certifications. We can include copies of these with your shipment or provide them digitally before dispatch.
Samples are ready in 3-7 days. That covers the battery itself with your requested packaging design. We ship samples via express courier, so you can expect them within a week after production.
Lead time ranges from 25 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of your packaging design and current production load. Simple blister packs or boxes usually fall on the shorter end.
Sure — diameter tolerance is ±0.3mm, and height tolerance is ±0.2mm for all three models: CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016. These tolerances apply to every battery in your bulk order.
