Getting kids away form screens and into some outdoor movement is harder than it looks, but this electric bike basically does the job for you — they just want to ride it.
Teh motor is a 200W unit that gives smooth acceleration, so no jerky starts that might scare a 3-year-old, and there are three power modes capped at 15 then 21 km/h that you set with a simple switch on the handlebar, though we usually have stock of the 24V 5.2Ah lithium battery pack.
10kg all up with an aluminun frame so you don't have to carry a heavy bike to the park, seat height sits at 420mm which works for the 3-8 year range give or take, 12-inch wheels with those alloy rims hold up better than plastic ones (check lead time on yellow — that's only color).
Charging takes about 3 hours for up to 60 minutes of riding time, but honestly most kids get bored before the battery dies anyway, so it's usually enough. Also, we've seen some folks try to use these for teaching older kids to ride at 9 or 10 — not really suited for that weight load.
We typically require a minimum order of 50 units for the BB01, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out.
Lead time is usually 15–20 days for a standard order, depending on stock levels. Custom packaging might add a few extra days.
We have CE certification for the BB01, and we can also provide a test report for the 24V lithium battery if your buyer requires it.
The BB01 is designed specifically for the 24V system. Using a 36V battery would damage the motor and controller, so we don't recommend it.
We ship each bike in a single export carton with foam padding. If you need branded boxes or custom poly bags, we can arrange that with a small surcharge.
