We’ve been shipping this BC017 model for a few seasons now, and the steel frame holds up better than some of the lighter alloy options we’ve seen on the market, though it does add to the overall 7.8 kg weight—most procurement folks just factor that into their shiping calculations.
You’re looking at a price break starting at 500 units for the MOQ, and our company can typically get your first batch out in about 30-35 days after the order is placed, but if you need a smaller trial run we can sometimes swing 200 pieces with a slightly longer lead time.
Payment is usually 30% deposit with the balance due before shipment, and we’ll send you the COA and packing list along with the TDS documentation (our company have EN71 and CE on file for the whole lot).
The canopy uses Pongee fabric with UV protection, and while it adjusts to three heights pretty easily, the velcro straps on the canopy arms can sometimes loosen on very hot days—it’s not a failure, just something we’ve noticed in storage.
One thing buyers don’t always ask: teh pedals are castors mounted with nylon bushings instead of ball bearings, which keeps the cost down and runs quieter over short trips but might feel a bit stiff on rough pavement compared to the air tire option.
And we usually have around 50 units or so in our Guangzhou warhouse for urgent orders, but for anything beyond that we’ll need to schedule production.
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per model. We don't typically offer trial orders below that for this tricycle, but we can discuss sample options if you need to test the market first.

Absolutely. We offer custom colors beyond the standard red, blue, and yellow, and we can print your logo on the pongee canopy. MOQ for custom colors is still 500 pieces.
EVA foam wheels are lightweight, maintenance-free, and good for smooth surfaces. Air tires offer better shock absorption and grip for rougher outdoor use. You can choose either option when ordering.
Each tricycle comes in one carton with 85% semi-knocked-down packing. That means the frame and main parts are partially assembled to save shipping space, so you'll just need to attach the canopy and fence with basic tools.
