We've had a recurring issue with last-mile cargo and passenger transport where the distances are short but the loads are inconsistent — boxes one trip, two people the next — and most scooters or bikes just don't have the stability or payload flexibility, and this is the first model that actually covers both without requiring a separate vehicle.
Basically, the 500W motor paired with a lead acid battery (you can choose 48V, 60V, or 72V at 20AH) gives it enough torque for moderate hills and a top speed of 35km/h, but what really matters for daily use is the hydraulic shock absorber — on rough pavement it makes a noticeable difference, and we usually have stock on the 48V version.
Range is quoted at 50km or 70km depending on load (check with supplier on which battery gets which), charging time is about 8 hours give or take, and the brakes are front disc and rear drum — it's not sporty but it stops fine for this weight class. Wheelbase is 1040mm, overall dimnesions 1500mm by 770mm by 1050mm, so it fits through standerd doorways (usually).
8 hours for a full charge is pretty standard for lead acid, but you'll want to plan around that if you're running multiple shifts — overnight charging works best anyway. Also, the warranty is 6 months which is typical for this price bracket, and CCC certification is included, so no customs headaches on that front.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask — the cargo version has a slightly different wheelbase than the passenger variant, and the mixed-use body (which we're ordering here) can handle about 200kg total including driver, so don't overload it with pallets or tools if you're pushing that limit.
Anyway, we've got 4 color options and teh lead time form origin is roughly 20 days or so (confirm before scheduling), and since we're buying in bulk the unit price drops noticeably — this is better suited for urban dilevery fleets or facility grounds work than for heavy industrial loads.
500W on this Q5 handles moderate inclines fine for both cargo and passenger use, but for very steep or long hills you might want to check the 48V battery option for better torque.

Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects on the motor, controller, and frame, but the lead-acid battery has its own 6-month warranty against capacity loss under normal use.
