Wholesale TEFC Squirrel Cage Motors with F Class Insulation and IEC Standard Mounting

YE3 series motors are totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) squirrel cage three-phase induction motors developed with new techniques. These motors are renewal and upgrading products of the Y series, with mounting dimensions fully conforming to IEC standards. They offer beautiful modeling, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, large starting torque, and easy servicing.

Adopting F class insulation and designed with an assessing method for insulation practice, these motors greatly enhance safety and reliability. They have reached an international advanced level and can be widely used in various machines and equipment such as drilling machines, blowers, pumps, compressors, transporters, and agricultural and food processing machines.

Operating conditions include an ambient temperature range from -15°C to 40°C and an altitude no higher than 1000 meters above sea level. The motors are available in multiple rated voltages including 380V, 220/380V, 380/660V, and 415V, with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz. Insulation class is F, protection type is IP54 or IP55, cooling type is IC411, and duty type is S1.

There are three installation methods: B3 frame with foot end shield without flange, B35 frame with foot end shield with flange, and B5 frame without foot end shield with flange. The motors are designed for high performance and durability in diverse industrial environments.
