We’re ordering the TY-E1 base on the specs you sent over, and I’ll be honest, the CE and FDA marks were non-negotiable for us, but it’s the TUV and ISO certifications on top of that which really sealed it — most of our suppliers only carry one or two of those, so the overlap here gives us better batch consistency than we’ve seen from other Chinese imports.

It’s a 180kg unit with a metal frame and PU cushion, so it’s built for heavy daily use in a clinic setting, and the built-in floor box means we won’t have to deal with exposed wiring or a separate control box cluttering the space.

You asked about retest policy, and we’ve confirmed they’ll re-run HPLC on any batch we flag within 30 days of receipt, though they typically only do that if the COA shows a deviation outside 0.5% on purity or if the foot controller has a lag issue — which isn’t common, but we’ve had it happen once with a similar model from another supplier.

The 4-hole handpiece tubing is standerd for our setup, but they also offer a 2-hole version if you’re retrofitting an older system; multi-function foot control has four functions, which is actually better than teh three-function pedals we were looking at form another vendor.

0.5-0.8MPa air pressrue and 0.2-0.4MPa water pressure is pretty much what we run in our main clinic, but if your lines are higher or lower, you’ll need a regulator — the unit itself doesn’t include one, and that’s a detail a lot of buyers miss until install day.

Anyway, we’ve put in the order for two units at AC220V 50Hz, packed in wooden crates as per the transport spec, and lead time is roughly 20 days or so from their factory in China.
