Packaging is actually what a lot of buyers don't think about first, but with a double blister card at 27x16x3.1 cm, this torch sits cleanly on retail hooks without looking bulky. We've seen returns drop when the card is that thick — no flimsy edges getting crushed in transit.
It runs on either propane or Mapp gas, and the single flame tip gives you a consistent temperture profile around 1800°C with Mapp, which is better than standard propane for brazing work on copper lines. The CE certification covers the piezoelectric ignition, and we've had no issues with the gas flow valve seizing after 50 or so uses.
Net weight is 0.47 kg, so it's heavier than those cheap plastic torches, but that's because the brass regulator assembly is actually machined. What it does is maintain a steady flame even at partial throttle, unlike the cheaper spring-loaded valves that drift when tank pressrue drops.
For OEM, we're pretty flexible — you can put your logo on the card and torch body, change the backing card design, and we'll keep the MOQ at 500 pcs per run. Custom colors on the handle take roughly 3 weeks extra (usually 2-4 weeks lead time for full tooling changes).
20 pcs per carton, carton is 55.5x42.5x35 cm, and gross weight hits 12.8 kg, so it's a solid shipper for LCL. Not ideal for high-temperature glasswork though — the Mapp gas won't get hot enough for borosilicate melting without an oxygen assist.
We recommend requesting a COA on the gas flow rate if you're doing precision soldering; some bulk runs vary by about 5% form batch to batch. Anyway, it's stored dry at ambient temp, and double blister packaging means no separate bagging is needed.
