Our high precision keyless shaft locking devices are engineered for reliable power transmission in demanding industrial applications. The locking assembly series includes multiple models (Z2, Z3, Z3B, Z4, Z5, Z9, Z12A, Z12B, Z15, Z17B, Z18, Z22) to meet various torque requirements from 145-930 Nm.
Manufactured from premium C45 steel or 304 stainless steel, these locking devices feature black-phosphate surface treatment for enhanced durability. The precisely machined components ensure tight tolerances (H6 precision) for vibration-free operation even at high speeds up to 4000 RPM.
The innovative keyless design provides several advantages over traditional keyed connections: eliminates keyway stress concentrations, enables precise shaft-hub positioning, and allows for easy installation/removal without special tools. The double structure design enhances torque transmission capacity while maintaining compact dimensions.
Available in bore sizes ranging from 24-165mm and thickness from 32-140mm, these locking assemblies are widely used in: wind power generation systems, heavy mining equipment, precision CNC machine tools, automotive manufacturing lines, and industrial pump/fan applications.
