Not ideal for single-use insulin pens if you need ultra-low dosing below 0.01ml, frankly, though pretty much any 3ml cartridge fits; we accept custom labeling and packaing for batches of 500 units or more, with lead times around 20 days depending on your MOQ.
Also, the transport carton box includes all import paperwork we've prepared for UK MHRA notifications and US FDA device listings, but confirm your country’s registration requrement because that’s often the bottleneck.
The 3ml is standard, but we can adjust the dosing mechanism for different amounts per click. Just tell us your target dose range, and we'll set up the pen accordingly.
MOQ for custom printing is typically 1,000 units. For plain grey/blue pens without labeling, we can start at 500 pieces.
Lead time is around 25-30 working days after order confirmation and deposit. Rush orders are possible if we have stock, but custom labeling adds about 10 days.
Yes, we can supply material safety data sheets and a certificate of conformance for each batch. If you need third-party testing, we can arrange it at cost.
Keep them in a cool, dry place—ideally under 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Shelf life is about 3 years from manufacture when stored properly.
