So you get 6 working heads total, 2 Pluma and 4 La Reina, and the treatment depth adjusts from 0.5mm to 3.5mm depending on what you’re targeting, which is a tighter tolerance than most fractional RF models in this price range.
Actually, the Pluma heads are better for delicate areas around the eyes or lips, while the La Reina handles the cheeks and jawline—just keep it below 35°C ambient or the humidity sensor starts complaining, especially in tropical climates.
We usually have stock, but confirm lead time because the wooden case packaing makes shipping a bit heavier than your average carton—figure about 42 by 56 by 106 cm, give or take.
It’s CE approved, warranty is 1 year on the main machine and 6 months on parts, but honestly most repairs we see are form users pushing the depth past 3mm on thin skin, which it’s not really suited for.
100 units or so is the typical MOQ if you’re ordering direct, though our company can split for a smaller trial run (check the COA on the 2MHz calibration first).
