It's a 4-in-1 setup with high frequency, ultrasonic, vacuum, and spray all in one box—80W power, works on AC100-240V so you don't need a voltge converter. The included glass electrodes and probes are what you'd expect for professional use, but it's also fine for home if someone knows what they're doing.
Most buyers go with the 10mg setting for vacuum suction—it's strong enough to clear pores without bruising. Teh ultrasonic probe gets into deeper layers than you'd think, and spray function is basically a fine mist that doesn't drip everywhere. One thing: it's not great for heavy-duty extraction sessions (like 30 minutes straight) because the motor can heat up a bit—that's just physics.
