Usually takes about a week to confirm the batch number and get it logged into the system, but if you’re a regular buyer with a standing order our company can ship within 48 hours (check lead time on the first order though). Some labs we supply just buy 10 vials at a time, and for them the paperwork is the same whether it’s one box or ten.
You’re getting matrial that runs at 99.7% or higher on HPLC—that’s a tighter tolerance than most suppliers offer, and it’s what you need for reproducible in vivo work. The handles fine at -20°C, but don’t let it sit in ambient light more than a few minutes or you’ll lose some activity.
10mg per vial is the standard, and most buyers go with that for dose-response studies because of that it reconstitutes cleanly in sterile water or saline. Just keep in mind this isn’t soluble above pH 7.5, so if you’re trying anything in basic buffers you’ll have precipitation issues—we’ve seen that pop up more often than people expect. Not everything is a candidate for your oral gavage model either, basically because the peptide degrades too fast in the GI tract without a specific formulation.
We usually have stock, but confirm lead time email-side before you lock a PO, since our dunkerque facility sometimes runs a day or two behind on GMP fills.
Take it for granted we supply COA per batch, and MSDS is attached with the shippng docs—just note storage conditions start form our end, and once it leaves the cold chain it’s on you to keep it dark and dry. Payment is typically net-30 if you’re already in our system; first orders go against a secure bank transfer or card charge (no crypto, no warhouse pickup).
We can supply as few as one box (10 vials of 10mg each), so the MOQ is flexible for small research orders.
Standard orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery to the UK takes around 7-14 days depending on the courier and customs.
Yes, every batch comes with a COA that includes HPLC purity results and other specs. Just request it with your order.
Keep it at -20°C in the original vial, sealed and protected from light. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles to maintain the ≥99.7% purity.
