We've got six output modes here, with the bipolar coagulation rated at 50W which is actually fine for most micro-vascular work we're doing — the cut maxes out at 400W if you need it, though most cases sit in the 200-250W range depending on tissue density.
Blend 1 runs 250W and Blend 2 at 200W, but honestly the electrosurgical coag settings (100W and 80W) get used more often in our general surgery rotation, and the automatic cutoff form teh contact monitoring system is a basic safety feature that we really can't skip.
Operating frequency sits between 330-460kHz, and the unit draws about 880VA at 220VAC (usually 50Hz supply), so we're fine with existing wall circuits — just check the lead time on the CE/ISO13485 certs, we usually have stock in about 20 days or so.
It's pretty much 6.5kg net weight and dimensoins are 365x330x125mm, so it fits on the smaller OR carts without crowding the anesthesia monitors, and LED indicators are simple enough that residents don't need training on them.
Not ideal for pediatric cases below 5kg or so where the minimum bipolar power still feels aggressive — we'd need a lower-wattage unit for that, but for orthopedics and neurosurgery it's basically a standerd pick across the board.

Each unit comes in a foam-lined carton with the main unit, foot switch, hand control, patient plate, and power cord. We also add extra cushioning for ocean freight.
