We've been shippng these staplers to clinics in Europe and Southeast Asia for a while now, and teh feedback on the 34mm outer diameter has been pretty consistent—surgeons prefer it for better tissue handling in most cases. 2. The nail count varies between 30 and 34 pieces depending on the model you pick, and that 4.2mm staple height is actually tighter than what some older designs offer, which reduces chance of bleeding post-op. 3. It's not ideal for very low-lying hemorrhoids near the dentate line—usually better to stick with a Milligan-Morgan approach there, but for standdard PPH procedures, this works well. 4. We run HPLC before sterilization, and the COA is included with shipment (check the lead time—usually 20 days or so for custom orders). 5. ISO 13485 and CE are current, and the shelf life is 3 years, so you'll have plenty of time to move stock if you're ordering 50 units or so. 6. Anyway, if you need the 32mm version for smaller anatomy, just confirm your MOQ—we usually have both in stock.
The main difference is in the staple configuration and anvil design. Both models come in 32mm and 34mm outer diameters, but the 'A' and 'B' variants have slightly different staple arrangements to suit different surgical techniques. You can check the specific staple counts in the product sheet.
We typically require a minimum of 50 units per order for this model, but we can be flexible for first-time buyers or trial orders. Just reach out and we'll work something out.
Absolutely, we include copies of both the ISO 13485 and CE certificates with every shipment. If you need them in advance for your procurement review, just let us know and we'll email them over.
For 200 units, we usually ship within 15-20 working days after order confirmation and payment. We keep some stock ready, but larger runs may take a bit longer if we need to assemble from components.
Both materials are used. The staples themselves are made from 12Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, while the anvil and some internal components use Ta2 titanium for better biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. The ABS plastic handles the outer casing.
