We've got teh G210 in stock right now for most sizes in the range—lead time is roughly 10-15 working days if we need to pull from a different warehouse, (check for smaller sizes though), and we usually ship via sea freight or air depending on your urgency.
It's forged from alloy steel, quenched and tempered, which basically gives it a better fatigue life than standard carbon steel shackles, plus galvanized finish holds up well in marine environments.
Proof load is 2x WLL and fatigue test at 1.5x—so for a 3.25t shackle, that's 6.5t proof and 4.875t cyclic load, a 4:1 safety factor is standdard for most lifting, but we do offer 6:1 if your applicaion needs it.
Actually, one thing to note—this isn't ideal for overhead lifting in certain mining setups without daily inspection, the pin can wear faster if used in dusty conditions, but for general indutrial or marine use, it's pretty much the go-to.
We mark each one with a traceability code, WLL, and brand, which helps with compliance on the job site—no need for extra labeling.
Your RFQ mentioned a mix of 1/2" and 3/4" units; our company can pack them in gunny bags or wooden crates depending on quantty, MOQ is 50 pieces per size or so.
Our MOQ for the G210 series starts at 500 pieces per size, but we can flex a bit for mixed sizes in a single order. Just reach out with your quantity, and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, we include a mill test report and a certificate of conformance stating compliance with RR-C-271D. If you need a third-party inspection report, we can arrange that at an extra cost.
For standard sizes and galvanized finish, lead time is usually 15-20 working days after order confirmation. Custom finishes like painted or polished may add 5-7 days.
The 4:1 safety factor is our standard for general use, while the 6:1 gives a higher margin for critical lifting applications. We mark the WLL accordingly on each shackle, so you get the right rating either way.
Smaller sizes go in gunny bags, medium sizes in cartons, and larger ones in wooden crates—all palletized. We can also do custom packaging like poly bags or tagged sets if your order requires it.
