Basically the same footprint as most commercial hack presses but the Q235 steel tube at 40x80x3mm gives it a stiffness you don't always feel in cheaper units, it's 168kg of solid steel and once you've bolted it down it's not moving. We customise the colour to whatever your gym's palette is, so you'll get electrostatic powder coating in your chosen shade rather than having to stick with basic black or grey.

The frame carries a 10-year warranty and the coating's covered for 5, which is better than most stuff at this price point and the TIG welding holds up under heavy daily use—we usually have stock but confirm lead time if you're outside Asia, as shiping the 2050x1580x1280mm dimensions isn't trivial. These are plate loaded so you don't need a stack, it's a leg press with linear bearing-guided sled that tracks straight up and down through the movement, using TIG welding throught which actually matters for fatigue life over teh 3-year warranty on bearings.

You'll need about 50 units or so of 1-inch plates to load it up properly, and what it does is isolate the quads better than a traditional 45-degree leg press because the fixed footplate keeps hips pinned. Most buyers go with the black or red upholstery option (premium PU leather) because of that it cleans up nicely with gym wipes, but the colour customisation extends to the whole frame at no extra cost—specify the RAL code when ordering. It's not really suited for home gyms under 2.5 metres ceiling height, that's kind of an important detail a lot of buyers miss.

The CE, ISO, and RoHS certifications are standard but we hand-check the weld quailty on every unit before crating, that's something you won't see in the spec sheet. Also the electrostatic powder coating is typically thicker than what competitors spray on so it chips less when you're repositioning plates, 0.2mm or so measured at the edges where coating usually fails first.

Or you could order through a distributor for a lower per-unit price if you're taking a container load, but the colour customisation only applies to orders of 10 units or more—otherwise you get the standard grey frame with black upholstery which honestly looks fine in most commerical settings.
