Well, if you're running a rental fleet for birthday parties or a small retail shop in a suburb, you're probably looking at about 20 units or so to start, and for that mid-tier volume we can get the per-unit cost down to roughly $180, while a single sample unit for testing or display will run you closer to $230, and if you're buying a full pallet of 50 or more, we're talking about $155 each, give or take.
The frame is 6061 aluminum alloy so it's actually lighter than most steel frames in this size bracket—about 10kg net weight—and the 12-inch wheels with alumnum rims keep the unsprung mass low, which matters when a 3-year-old is trying to steer; teh motor is a 200W brushless hub that tops out at 21km/h in the fastest mode, though honestly most parents use the 6-8km/h setting for beginners, and the battery is a 24V 5.2Ah lithium pack that charges in 3 hours flat.
What you'll find is that this bike works best for paved paths and flat driveways—it's not really suited for grass or gravel unless it's very short and dry, because the ground clearance is only 130mm and the tires are 12-inch air-filled but not knobby, so a kid who wants to ride on loose dirt will struggle a bit; the three speed modes (6-8km/h, 10-15km/h, and 13-21km/h) are selectable via a button on the handlebar, but you can't change them while bike is moving, which is a safety thing (check local regulations).
Anyway, we usually have stock, but confirm lead time before ordering—it's typically 10-15 working days for mid-volume orders, and our company can ship with a CE certifcate and a basic COA on the battery pack if requested.
The bike has three power modes: 6-8 km/h, 10-15 km/h, and 13-21 km/h. You can switch between them as your kid gets more comfortable riding.
The 24V 5.2Ah lithium battery is built-in, so you charge the whole bike. It takes about 3 hours for a full charge, and you'll get up to 60 minutes of ride time.
It's CE certified, so it meets European safety standards. We can provide the CE certificate and test report upon request.
We typically require a minimum order of 50 units for wholesale. If you need less, just let us know and we can discuss options.
The seat height is fixed at 420mm, so it's designed for kids ages 3-8 who are comfortable at that height. No adjustment needed.
