We got your RFQ for the 12611A-08-06 round head straight fittings, and honestly, we’ve been using these for our oil field and ship applications for about two years now—they’re a solid choice for high-pressure lines.
It’s pretty much a standard DIN design, but what we’ve noticed is the 45# carbon steel with hot forging holds up well under heavy duty cycles, and galvanized surfce gives decent corrosion resistance even with seawater exposure, though they’re not the best for extreme chemical environments.
Each order comes in carton boxes on wooden pallets, with a typical MOQ of 500 pieces, and the factory cranks out roughly 60,000 pieces a month, so lead time is usually 20 days or so.
The male connection type fits standard ports without fuss, and we’ve had zero issues with profile tolerances—better than some cheaper imports we’ve trialed in the past.
Also, they don’t recommend these for low-pressrue applicaions because the hot forging adds unnecessary cost, so stick to high-pressure circuits if you want value.
For our last batch, we ordered 2,500 units with the standerd silver finish and got a COA on every shipment; no surprises so far.

Lead time is about 15–20 working days for a standard bulk order, depending on quantity. We can do faster if you need a rush.
These are DIN standard, so they use metric threads. If you need BSP or another thread type, we can customize, but the 12611A-08-06 is metric out of the box.
We pack them in carton boxes first, then secure them on a wooden pallet. That keeps the galvanized surface safe during long shipping.
