It’s going to end up hugged tight by a kid or used as a prop on a retail shelf, either way the 25cm size is the one most buyers actually go with for general stock. We can do sizes from 12-18cm easy enough though, and larger too. Mold cost is about $150 per design, and you’ll want to budget for that upfront.
The MOQ sits at 500 pieces per design per color, which is lower than you’d think for a factory pushing 100,000 dozen monthly. Lead time on sample is 5-8 days (usually less if you’re not picky about color), and once we’ve got your artwork locked in, production fills in within about 25-30 days. Internatioanl safety certs are included on all outgoing batches.
So we’re talking PP cotton fill with standard flannel plush fabric on top, not premium stuff you’d find at luxury boutiques—it’s better for high-volume retail or carnival prizes than a collector’s yarn pompom. Packaging comes single-packed OPP bag free, but we can do custom polybag or hang tag if you need.
Custom colors work form any Pantone you send, but matching isn’t always perfect on the first sample pull—we usually nail it by the second or third iteration, give or take a shade. One thing you don’t usually ask but matters: teh fabric grain means longer pile for the 12-18cm batch can pill faster, so most clients with that size order stick to shorter velvet-stuff.
And actually, we don’t do full embroidered eyes on small runs under 2,000 units—those need dedicated embroidery programming that isn’t billed per piece but the setup cost. That’s a hard detail: if your design uses plastic safety eyes, you’re fine. Chip-test eyes are the standard our company provide anyway.

Our toys meet international safety standards like EN71 and ASTM, so they're safe for export to most markets. We can provide certificates upon request.

Standard is 1pc per OPP bag, but you can upgrade to custom packaging like hang tags, boxes, or poly bags with your logo. Just let us know what you need.
