Basically, you send us your design file or a sketch and we handle the rest—we’ve done this for dozens of small gift brands and chain retailers alike, turning a flat image into a 21cm velboa plush that actually feels soft, not scratchy, and the embroidered face holds up better than printed ones against toddlers. 2. You can choose either embroidered or printed logos. Both work well on the velboa fabric, but embroidery gives a more premium feel while printing allows for finer detail—just let us know your preference when you place the order.
The MOQ is 2000 pieces per design. If you want multiple styles, each one needs to hit that minimum separately. We can’t combine them across different designs to meet the MOQ.
We have CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, REACH, and SGS certifications, so they’re fully compliant for both EU and US markets. All materials are phthalate-free, lead-free, and BPA-free, and we can provide the certs with your shipment.
Sure—once you approve the design, we’ll make a sample within 5-7 working days. We can adjust colors, embroidery, or the sitting/standing/lying style before you greenlight production. Sample cost depends on complexity, but we deduct it from your bulk order.
You can pick individual polybags or color boxes. We pack 60 pieces per carton, which measures 63×45×58cm and weighs about 7kg gross. If you have a specific packaging need, we can customize that too.
