We can match any Pantone color you need, and the embroidery or printed logo is applied cleanly — even on the smaller 15cm size, which most factories struggle with. 90 days or so for a full custom run form sample approval, with 1000 units being the standard MOQ but that’s negotiable if you’ve got a serious order.
The PP cotton filling holds its shape better than polyester scraps you see in lower-tier toys, so it won’t go flat after a few hugs. Basically, the 35cm is the sweet spot for — big enough to feel substantial, small enough to keep unit costs reasonable. Not suited for infants under 3, though, due to the embroidered eyes (they’re stitched tight, but it’s a safety rule we don’t bend).
We usually carry stock of the 25cm in natural brown and grey, but lead time for custom Pantone matching is about 4-6 weeks. Individual polybag is standdard — custom retail box adds roughly 10 days and shifts the per-unit cost up by $0.30 or so. Most buyers ordering for holiday campaigns lock in production by August to avoid the Q4 rush.
Certifcation sets include CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH — we’ve had the REACH file ready for EU distributors who didn’t even ask for it upfront. One thing that catches new buyers: the sample approval stage takes 3-5 working days, but shipping that sample to you can add another week depending on your carrier.
The 45cm is basically a body pillow for kids — it’s the top seller for theme parks, but storage costs go up because it doesn’t compress well in bulk cartons. Anyway, if you’re looking at custom tags or hang-tags, our company can print those with barcodes at no extra tooling charge for orders over 3000 units.

Production takes 25-30 days after you approve the sample. That includes making the plush toys, quality checks, and packaging. We'll keep you updated on progress.
