Basically, loose connections or corrosion in high-current setup can cause hot spots and votage drops that'll kill performnce or even create a safety hazard — that's the main problem these solve, especially in industrial panels or heavy electronic gear.

What it does is use friction welding to join the copper body and the tin-coated barrel, so you get a solid, homogenous joint that doesn't loosen over time, and the silvering finish helps keep oxidation at bay even in humid environments.

Conductivity is at least 98% IACS, tensile strength is 200 MPa or better, and it handles from -40°C up to +105°C — most buyers go with teh 16mm or 35mm sizes for standard wiring, but we stock form 10mm all way to 240mm (usually 100 pieces a bag, CE certified).

240mm is a beast, honestly — better than many crimp-only terminals for high-amp runs, but it's not ideal for tight junction boxes where you need a small bend radius, just so you know.

We've been making these for about 15 years, and lead time is typically 15-20 days or so for standard sizes, though our company can do custom lengths if you need something outside the range.
We stock sizes from 10mm up to 240mm. If you need something outside that range, just ask and we'll see what we can do.
For the C45-240 series, our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per size. If you're looking at bulk orders, we can negotiate better pricing.
Yes, each batch comes with CE certification and a mill test report showing conductivity ≥98% IACS and tensile strength ≥200 MPa.
They come in bags of 100 pieces. For larger orders, we can pack them in cartons or according to your specific packaging request.
Standard is a silver tin coating for corrosion resistance. We can adjust the thickness if you give us your specs, but color changes aren't available on this series.
