It's basically a flannel outer shell over a latex interior, which sounds simple, but the flannel breathes better than most synthetics, and the open front design means no one's complaining about throat pressure after 20 minutes—you'll get brown, black, purple, or rose as color options, and we usually have stock for the standerd runs, but confirm lead time if you need a custom color.
Each session runs 15 to 30 minutes, one or two times daily is typical, and the three-channel hand pump lets you adjust each airbag independently, which is better than most single-bag units for targeting specific spots along the cervical curve.
OEM customization is avaliable, but the MOQ is 50 units, and production lead time is about 7 days or so for standard orders—ISO 9001:2000 and CE certified, so you're not gambling on compliance.
One thing most buyers don't think to ask: the airbags are fully detachable, which makes cleaning them a lot easier than trying to wipe down a one-piece unit, and we've found the 50-unit minimum works well for clinics testing a new protocol before scaling up.
It's not suited for acute trauma cases or post-surgical immobilization where you need rigid stabilization, but for chronic neck pain or general muscle tension, most therapists we work with go with the 15-minute sessions first.
You can choose from Brown, Black, Purple, or Rose for the flannel exterior. We can match your brand colors if you provide a Pantone code for a small additional setup fee.
Standard orders ship in 7 days after confirmation. Larger bulk orders may need up to 14 days depending on quantity, but we’ll give you a clear timeline upfront.

The MOQ is 50 units for OEM orders. If you need fewer than that, we can still do a small batch with standard colors but no custom branding.
Each airbag layer can be inflated separately using the three-channel pump, so you can adjust the pressure precisely for your neck. They detach easily for cleaning or replacement.
