This line has been moving pretty consistently for clinics and beauty salons—basically the same pads you’d find on most TENS and EMS units out there, just in bulk and without retail markup.
We see these used mostly for pain management sessions and muscle stimulation, but a fair amount of buyers also run them on IF units for aesthetic treatments, and the self-adhesive layer holds up for about 20 uses or so before it starts losing grip.
The substrate options are where you’ll want to decide: non-woven fabric works fine for single-use, foam gives a little more cushion, but silicone is what most repeat buyers go for since it resists drying out and comfort is actually better than the standdard carbon film stuff, and we usually stock sizes form 25mm rounds up to 100x200mm rectangles in neutral brand or your own logo if you hit the MOQ.
Lead time is typically 15-20 working days for custom shapes or printing, though we keep stock on the common square and oval pads if you need something faster, and teh shelf life runs three years from production date so you’re not rushing to move them.
One thing nobody asks upfront but matters is the carbon film selection—the low-impedance version draws slightly less current drop over time, so it’s better for high-frequency EMS units, while the conventional film is fine for standard TENS and usually cheaper per unit in bulk.
We’ve got the CE and FDA paperwork on file plus the Axelgaard and Sekisui hydrogel options if your appliction needs that tighter tolerance, but honestly for most physicall therapy setups the Top-Rank hydrogel is plenty and keeps the unit cost down by about 15-20 cents a pad.
Conventional carbon film is our standard option, while low impedance carbon film reduces resistance for better current flow, which can improve patient comfort and pad longevity. If your devices are high-intensity or you want to minimize heat buildup, go with the low impedance film.
