That 304 stainlss frame takes daily hospital disinfectant without pitting, which matters more than you'd think when cleaning protocols hit three times a shift, and the clear PP bassinet lets nurses spot a restless newborn at a glance without opening side or risk letting draft in.

The three tilt positions (3°, 7°, 11°) are surprisingly tight—7° is what works best for most regurgitation cases we hear back about, but the 11° is really meant for respiratory drainage protocols, not every baby needs that angle.

COA and traceability form this batch start with the raw 304 coils stamped by our own mill, certified ISO13485 and FDA, and all four casters have independent brakes—individual ones, not a central lock—so the trolley won't drift when somebody leans on it during transport.

It's actually better than some European trolleys I've seen for the storage basket alone: that wire tray underneath holds about 4-5 diaper packs and a pump easily, though we usually stock them with an optional IV pole that fits into teh rear bracket.

We've done the red butterfly test on mattress covers for skin irritation before, so those surfaces hold properly after autoclaving, but don't expect the 50mm foam to fit anything thicker than standerd crib sheets.
