We needed something that could handle sequential compression for post-surgery rehab without being a full hospital setup, and the 250 mmHg ceiling on this gives us room to work with, though most patients won't need more than 150 or so anyway.
It connects up to four sleeves at once—legs, arms, waist—which means our company can treat two patients simultaneously or hit multiple areas on one person, and teh 30W draw is low enough we don't need dedicated circuits in the clinic.
The six preset programs are pretty standerd for this class, but the 4-chamber design actually sequences better than the 2-chamber units we've used before, and the LED display is bright enough to read from across the room; just note timer maxes out at 30 minutes, so it's not ideal for overnight compression therapy.
CE medical cert was non-negotiable for our insurance compliance, and the 24×20×11 cm footprint fits on a standard shelf without sticking out—we usually stock three or four of these at a time, but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 units or so since vary.
Actually, one thing I didn't think to check until we got the first unit: the air sleeves use a proprietary connector, so you can't swap in generic tubing form another brand, but the included set has held up fine after about 20 cycles so far.
