We've been shiping these for a while now, and basically it's a solid workhorse for any rehab center—the PE6 hits that 1000Hz to 11000Hz range with a sine wave, which is pretty much teh sweet spot for deep tissue penetration without harshness some other machines have.
Most of our buyers in sports medicine use it for post-injury recovery and pain management, but we've also seen clinics in orthopedics run it for edema reduction and loosening up tight tissue, though it's not really suited for superficial nerve stimulation.
Treatment duration is adjustable form 1 to 99 minutes, and with 4 channels (2 per group), you can hit multiple patients or body parts at once—the heating adsorption electrodes are a nice touch, but the non-LCD interface means you'll need a quick look at the manual at first.
It runs on AC220V 50/60Hz, pulls about 341VA, and has overcurrent protection with automatic return, so you don't have to babysit it constantly; typical MOQ is 5 units or so, but we usually have stock ready within 20 days.
One thing a buyer might not ask—the heating electrodes tend to wear faster if you crank them to max daily, so keep a spare set handy (usually 2-4 weeks lead time on those).
