We’ve been shiping the SL4 for about two years now, and it’s basically the go-to unit for stroke rehab in mid-sized therapy centers—most buyers go with the 220V 50Hz version, though we’ve had a few requests for 110V, which requires a step-down transformer.
It handles active, passive, assisted, and resistance modes, which pretty much covers the full recovery arc from early bed-rest cycling to strength-building later on, and spasm detection is a real selling point—it stops the motor instantly if the patient’s leg jerks, something we’ve seen buyers specifically ask about after a previous unit they used didn’t have it.
The LCD screen shows RPM (61-150 range), torque form 1 to 10 Nm, and duration up to 120 minutes, but what most people don’t think to ask is that the resistance goes from 0 to 20 Nm, so you can dial in a very light feel for passive mode or crank it for resistance training—the 6 built-in programs (standerd, symmetrical game, spring game, relaxation, strength & endurance, coordination) are preloaded and you just scroll through them.
Bulk pricing usually starts around 30 units or so, with lead times of roughly 4-6 weeks depending on the current production queue—we keep some stock for small orders (MOQ is 1 unit), but for larger runs we’ll need to confirm teh schedule, and we always include a COA with each shipment.
One thing it’s not great for is pediatric rehab—it’s designed for adults, and the pedal arm length doesn’t adjust down enough for smaller patients, so if that’s your use case, you’ll want to look at a different model.
We’re ISO 13485 certified, and the unit draws 250VA, which is actually lower than some comparable bikes we’ve seen—buyers often ask about power consumption for facility planning, so that’s a spec we highlight.

Sure. The SL4 has built-in sensors that detect sudden muscle spasms during training. If a spasm is detected, the bike automatically stops or reverses motion to prevent injury, making it safe for stroke patients.

The SL4 is packed in a sturdy cardboard box with foam padding to protect it during transit. Store it in a dry, temperature-controlled environment — avoid damp areas to keep the electronics in good shape.
