What a buyer’s custmer would do is reconstitute a 10mg or 30mg vial for in vitro binding assays on GIP, GLP-1, and glucagon receptors—we’ve seen labs use this triple agonist to map metabolic off-target effects, though it’s not for in vivo dosing yet.
Most buyers go with the 10mg vial for preliminary screens, but if your client needs a custom size between 5mg and 60mg we can do that, plus our company can tweak the concentration post-reconstitution to match their assay buffer (check lead time on unique labeling, usually a few days).
We’ve got the 4.6kDa molecular weight locked in, HPLC purity at 99.88% or better on each batch—basically, it’s tighter than reagent grade for this kind of peptide work, and white freeze-dried powder can sit at 2-8°C for 24 months or so when kept dark.
We usually have stock in 5mg, 15mg, and 60mg sizes, but if you need bulk synthesis (say 100 vials or more) we’ll run a custom GMP batch, just confirm lead time—around 20 days give or take, since teh triagonist structure is a bit more complex than a simple GLP-1 monoagonist.
Anyway, the LY3437943 variant our company supply has tighter specs than some lab-grade alternatives, but don’t expect it to work for acute animal studies—that would take a different formulation, and we’re not there yet for this peptide.
