Most facilities we've worked with need something that adapts as patients progress through different recovery stages, and this bike handles that shift naturally. It runs on AC 220V at 50Hz pulling 250VA, with an LCD screen that shows what you're doing—active, passive, assisted, or resistance modes, plus torque ranging from 1 to 10 Nm and resistnce up to 20 Nm. spasm detection is a nice safety net, shuts things down if it senses something off.
You get six built-in programs out of the box, stuff like Symmetrical Game and Spring Game alongside the more standerd Strength & Endurance or Coordination modes. Training duration can be set anywhere from 1 to 120 minutes, and the max revolution hits 61 to 150 RPM depending on the mode. Basically, it covers both neurological and orthopedic rehab without needing to swap devices.
It's ISO 13485 certified, so the qualiy paperwork is there. What we've noticed is that the assisted mode works well for early-stage recovery when patients can't generate much force on their own—the bike does the work for them. But it's not really suited for pediatric cases, it's designed for adults only.
Customization is where this gets interesting—we can adjust vial sizes, labeling, concentration, even do bulk synthesis if you need a specific formulation for your protocol. Lead time on custom orders is usually 20 days or so, give or take depending on batch size. We've had buyers ask for tighter torque tolerance than the standard 0-20 Nm range, and that's doable with a minimum order quantiy (MOQ) discussion.
Stock units ship with a COA and HPLC data, though we always recommend confirming lead time before placing a rush order. The 5L drum is easier to handle for most labs, but the 1L vials are more common for single-study use. Anyway, you'll want to check the power supply compatibility—some regions run 110V, and this is strictly 220V.
