It basically has three traction units—two for the neck and one for teh waist—with adjustable force form 1 up to 99kg, which you can tweak mid-treatment without stopping.

Traction modes cover continuous, intermittent, and balanced, with time settings for both dwell (1-99 seconds) and total session (1-99 minutes). 5L drum is easier to handle.
