It's not going to work for every cat, especially if you've got a heavy Maine Coon that launches itself, but for most domestic breeds this multi-level tower holds up fine day after day, teh chipboard core is denser than what you'd get form a budget option and the plush fabric covering feels soft to the touch even after a few months of use.
What it does is combine three scratching posts wrapped in sisal rope with four or five platforms at different heights so your cat can climb, perch, and scratch without you having to buy separate pieces, and anti-tip fittings are included in the box which is something a lot of buyers don't think to check until it's too late, we've had returns because people didn't read the instructions.
Customiztion is pretty straightforward—you can pick sizes and patterns for the plush fabric, and we'll slap your logo on there if you want, but the MOQ for that is about 50 units or so, and the sample lead time runs 5 to 15 days depending on how busy the shop is, production takes 30 to 50 days after you confirm the artwork.
The sisal rope is actually better than reagent grade for this appliction since it have a tighter twist and won't fray as fast, which basically means you'll get six months of scratching before it starts looking ragged, and the hammock on the top level is a nice touch but it's not designed for a 15-pound cat, just a heads up.
Each unit ships in one corrugated box, roughly 25 pounds, and we usually have stock on the standdard colors but if you want something custom you'll need to confirm lead time before ordering, the plush fabric comes in about six patterns but we've also done runs with velvet or microfiber if that's your thing.
