84cm height on that model means a 4kg cat can stretch full body length without hitting the top platform, and the lamb wool covering has a denser pile than synthetic fleece (so it traps less dust, usually about 30% less after 6 months of use). The flakeboard core has a measured density around 680 kg/m³, give or take, which is better than standerd particleboard for this application.

For store display we'd recommend positioning it at the entrance corner — the 38cm footprint isn't wide enough for a multi-cat ambush scenario, but it does work as a single observation perch. Pretty much everything ships in flat-packed carton boxes with polybag wraps on each post, so no scuffs during transit if using standard courier — but avoid air freight; the weight distribution shifts in pressurised cargo holds and can crack the thinner flakeboard sections.
