Was pulling lag screws into pressure-treated deck joists all last week and kept wishing we had something lighter on the fascia work — the old corded drivers are fine for framing but they’re brutal when you’re up a ladder for hours. So I went ahead and ordered these Fixtec bulk units, ten per carton, and the 1.28kg tool-only weight is basically half what our current setup weighs. That LED work light is something you don’t think about until you’re trying to hit a fastener inside a cramped soffit at dusk.
The no-load speed runs 0-1900 RPM and the impact rate hits up to 3100 BPM, with max torque at 150Nm or roughly 110.6 ft-lbs, which puts it right in the sweet spot for decking and cabinet installation work — better than a typical consumer impact driver for sustained driving. 1/4" hex quick-release chuck, variable speed trigger, and it’s only 140mm long, so it’ll fit between studs without fighting the tool. The battery platform is 20V lithium-ion (you’ll need to supply those seperately, since they’re not included in this bulk pack), and we usually have stock on the 4Ah cells but confirm lead time if you’re ordering both together.
Most buyers go with these for medium-duty framing and metal roof fastening — it’s a solid all-arounder for production crews, basically handles anything with a hex shank. One limitation though: it’s not great for heavy timber lagging over 8 inches or so, because the 150Nm starts to bog down with those oversize strucutral screws, and that’s when you’d want the bigger brother or a corded alternative. Also, quick-release chuck works well but I’ve heard it can wear slightly over extended hex-bit use (usually 2-4 weeks of continuous driving) so budget for replacement bits if you’re running high-volume operation.
Each carton holds ten units, carton dimnesions are 47.5×27×39.5cm with gross weight at 14kg, so it’s manageable for freight. The MOQ for this lot is one carton and the lead time ran about 10 days when I checked, though we typically see tighter availability on the FCID150LFX model.

No, batteries are not included with the tool. The FCID150LFX is sold as a bare tool, so you’d need to order 20V Li-ion batteries separately.
