Sample pricing starts around $8-12 for stock colors, mid-range orders of 1,000 units typically land at $4.50-5.50 each, and bulk runs of 10,000+ drop closer to $2.80-3.20 depending on size and trim details.
What really matters is the monthly capacity — north of 100,000 pieces — so even tight deadlines for 20,000 units or so are usually doable with a 30-day or shorter lead time, and we keep a warehose buffer for standerd gray and pink.
Custom samples take 7-10 days, and you'll get a COA with every production batch showing compliance with CE, ASTM, and EN71, which basically means you don't have to second-guess safety for kids under three.
Actually, most buyers go with teh 16-inch size for retail — it's the sweet spot between huggable and shelf-friendly, and the PP cotton filling holds shape better than some lower-cost alternatives we've seen competitors use.
OEM is pretty flexible: we've swapped embroidery, added jingle bells for Christmas runs, even changed the face expression slightly (usually at no extra cost if the MOQ of 500 is met), but confirm lead time for custom colors since those get scheduled seprately.
