Dogs that are heavy chewers go through toys fast, and the cheap ones can splinter or choke a dog or just disintegrate within hours, which is a hassle nobody wants to deal with.
What this does is give them a durable TPR body with a textured surfce—basically a built-in toothbrush and gum massager while they chew, and caterpillar shape keeps their interest longer than a plain stick or bone would.
Each piece weighs 145g, the size is 55 by 130mm (about teh length of a small human arm), and it's non-toxic (check the COA, they'll send one with each batch). Pink, blue, or green are avaliable by color assortment in OPP bags, 1000 pieces is the MOQ.
We usually have stock on the standerd colors, but for custom logo printing (which is totally doable), lead time runs 25 days or so, give or take a week depending on the queue. That Moq figure is firm for first orders, but after that we can negotiate a smaller repeat minimum if you're running a steady programme.
Thermoplastic rubber handles gnawing better than silicone for this applicaion, but it's not suited for dogs that eat everything—if your buyer has a shredder that swallows whole objects, they'll want something harder. The 145g weight per piece helps it hold up to medium-to-large breeds.
Anyway, for a general range of foster-rescue groups, pet shops, or subscription boxes most buyers go with a mix of pink, blue, green to cover the visible consumer preference, and we'll combine cartons (55×43×44cm each) on one pallet so you save a bit on freight.
Our MOQ is 1000 pieces per design per color. We can't go lower on standard stock, but if you're testing the market, we can discuss a sample order first.
Standard production takes 15-20 working days after confirmation and deposit. Customization adds about 5-7 days for logo plate making, so figure 20-25 days total for a branded batch.
Yes, we can provide a material safety data sheet and third-party test report for non-toxic TPR, including heavy metal and phthalate tests. Just ask your sales rep to include it.
We can match custom Pantone colors for orders over 3000 pieces. For the standard 1000-piece MOQ, you're limited to our stock colors unless you pay a small color-matching fee.
Each toy comes in a plain OPP bag, packed in a 55*43*44cm carton. We can print your logo on the bag or carton with a minimum of 2000 pieces for bag customization, or 5000 for carton.
