We see a lot of buyers using them on aluminun-framed glass doors and heavy wooden fire doors, but they're not great for thin hollow-core panels under 35mm — the screw grip just isn't there, usually 4-5mm of materail depth is the minimum you'll want.
Load rating sits at 80kg per pair, which is tested with the 3D adjustments cranked all the way out, and the adjustment range is about 3mm height, 2mm depth, and 1.5mm side — (packing is white box or blister card, MOQ of 1000 pairs). Lead time runs 30-35 days form PO, but we usually have stock for the first 3000 units or so, so confirm before ordering larger volumes.
We keep COAs and ANSI compliance docs on file for each production lot, no extra charge, and HPLC testing is available upon request but typically adds 5-7 business days — just let us know if you need that. Payment terms are T/T with 30% deposit, 70% against BL copy, and our company can do DAP for ongoing accounts after three shipments.
The 180° stop is actually a bit tighter than most standard hinges we've tested, so if your doors need to swing fully flat against a wall, the hinge usually clears the frame by about 2mm — one detail we found during our own warehouse installation that buyers don't always ask about.
