Frame is magnesium alloy so it's actually light enough for a 3-year-old to lift, roughly 4.5kg for the 12-inch version, and the shock-absorbing front fork makes a difference on bumpy pavement — the rear coaster brake is simple, no hand levers to fumble with.
it come with removable training wheels, but honestly most kids skip them entirely on a balance bike, and maximum load is 100kg so you're not worrying about it breaking if a heavier kid hops on, though it's not suited for serious off-road trails where you'd want pneumatic tires.
Avaliable in red, pink, black, blue, or green with wheel sizes form 12 to 18 inches, and we've got stock in teh 14 and 16-inch sizes usually, but confirm lead time on the 18-inch (check lead time).
For 12" wheels, it's 85-100cm; 14" is 90-110cm; 16" is 100-125cm; and 18" is 115-145cm. If your kid's on the edge, go with the larger size — they'll grow into it.
